“Chris Wigand has worked hard to represent Florida accident victims since joining the firm in 2006,” said Bradley Winston, managing partner of Winston Law Firm. “We are pleased to recognize his dedication and commitment to protecting clients’ legal rights.”

“As an experienced trial attorney, I pride myself on giving my clients the personal attention they deserve and telling them the truth about their cases,” said Mr. Wigand. “It is a great honor to be acknowledged by the firm in this way.”

Mr. Wigand handles all types of personal injury cases, including auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, trucking accidents, slip and falls, and wrongful death. His practice has expanded recently to include mortgage defense and overtime disputes. Mr. Wigand is also available to represent real estate buyers involved in litigation against developers.

Born and raised in South Florida, as a fifth generation Floridian, Mr. Wigand obtained a B.A. in criminal investigation from Auburn University in 1996.
