Bradley Winston is a civil trial lawyer with
two
decades of legal experience handling a wide variety of
legal matters. The Florida Bar has certified Mr. Winston
as a specialist in civil trials. Throughout his career,
Mr. Winston has fought hard to protect the rights of his
clients and to ensure that they receive all that they
are entitled to under the law.
Mr. Winston was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He
has lived in Florida since 1980. He received his law
degree in May of 1988 from the Nova Southeastern
University School of Law, and he holds a Bachelors
Degree in Health and Hospital Administration from
Florida Atlantic University. He is admitted to the trial
bar of the Southern District of Florida. In 1989,
Mr. Winston was admitted to practice law before the
United States District Court for the Southern District
of Florida.
Memberships
Mr. Winston has the distinction of membership in the
Million Dollar Advocate's Forum, which is reserved for
those lawyers who have obtained a verdict or settlement
in excess of one million dollars. Additionally, he is an
active member of the American Bar Association (ABA), the
Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA), the
Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers (AFTL), and is an
officer of the Broward County Trial Lawyers Association
(BCTLA).
